Report Workplace Harassment

Harassment is unwelcome behavior that is severe, persistent and/or pervasive and has the intent or effect of interfering with a person’s work performance or creates an intimidating, or offensive educational, work, or living environment. Such behavior must be severe, persistent, and/or pervasive to be defined as harassment. Harassment includes threatening communication.

Harassment is not limited to FrontEdge facilities. It can occur while traveling for business or at company-sponsored events or parties. Even things like calls, texts, emails, and certain social media usage by employees can constitute unlawful workplace harassment toward another, even if they occur away from the workplace premises, on personal devices or during non-work hours.

This form is available to FrontEdge employees to report incidents of harassment. FrontEdge employees will not be subject to retaliation for reporting behavior that violates company policies regardless of the outcome of related investigations.
