No Child Left Behind (NCLB) & Accountability
Sometimes the government (State and/or Federal) requires districts, public schools, and charter schools to report performance information and data to support NCLB and other such regulations.
Information about enrollment, assessment, school violence, state and No Child Left Behind accountability, career and technical education, graduation rate, post-graduation plans, teacher certification, and school staff data for school districts, public schools, charter schools, and non-public schools may be required in a prescribed format.
These reports are provided to policy makers, parents, and others interested in the status of schools throughout the United States.
