When the SchoolFront Team hosts a booth at an event or trade show setup and tear-down of the booth is sort of a fascinating undertaking. We ship our whole booth in 2 big blue trunks to the site. Usually large events, like the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Annual Conference or National Catholic Education Association (NCEA) Convention, are held in huuuuuuge convention centers with massive spaces specially designed for trade shows.

Here's some cool before and after shots from the NAIS 2012 Conference in Seattle, WA:

Here's what the space looks like before the conference starts. Each booth gets a 10' x 10' space. There's no carpeting or snazzy exhibits to look at. Forklift dodging skills are a must!
