Secure Access
SchoolFront allow administrators to give mentors secure, up-to-date access to their mentee’s academic information using a unique username and password. Mentors who login see only information that relates to their mentee.
Homework
SchoolFront allows mentors to know their mentee’s homework assignments before the school day ends. Instead of asking a mentee “What homework do you have?” mentors can ask them about each individual assignment. This feature is of particular benefit to mentors of students who procrastinate because they can look ahead to see what projects are due and have their mentee start working on them before it’s too late to do them well.
Grades
SchoolFront gives mentors the ability to securely access their mentee’s grades on assignments, tests, classes, etc. online from any Internet-connected computer without having to ask the teacher.
Coursework
SchoolFront gives mentors the ability to securely access and view their mentee’s homework, reading assignments, and practice tests online from any Internet-connected computer.Teachers can place class notes and resources online so that mentors can discuss lessons with their mentees, help their mentees with homework and projects, and reinforce what the teacher is presenting in class.
Averages & Report Cards
SchoolFront allows mentors to view up-to-the-minute class averages so that they can anticipate report card grades.With this feature and the ability to view individual assignment and test grades, mentors can see where their mentees need to focus to improve the grades that will appear on their report card before it’s too late to make a difference.
Calendar
The SchoolFront calendar allows mentors to see what’s going on in their mentee’s school so that they can encourage their mentee to participate or can plan to attend themselves (e.g. sporting events, field trips, concerts and theater, club schedules, etc.).
Announcements
SchoolFront announcements allow mentors to see important and up-to-date information posted by school administration (e.g. last minute cancelations, event reminders, school emergencies, etc.).
Event Info & Tickets
You can access information about school events and purchase tickets to the events online, including school dances, sports, music concerts, theater, etc.
